1. Agreement to Terms

SecureTech Solutions is an authorized independent reseller of Norton antivirus products. We are not directly affiliated with NortonLifeLock Inc. but operate as an authorized distributor of their software products.

• Customer service for billing and account inquiries
• Assistance with product activation and renewal

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to ensure our services are available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of our services for business, operational, or maintenance reasons.

3. Purchases & Payments

3.1 Product Pricing

All prices for Norton products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuation.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added to your total at checkout where required by law.

3.2 Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

3.3 Order Confirmation

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SECURETECH SOLUTIONS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

6.3 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
