We aim to provide clear, fair, and transparent refund procedures while complying with applicable consumer protection laws and the terms of our agreement with NortonLifeLock Inc.
Note: As an authorized independent reseller, we are bound by certain restrictions from Norton regarding refunds and license cancellations. These restrictions may affect our ability to process refunds in some cases.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Most Norton products purchased through SecureTech Solutions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must not have been activated or used
- The refund request must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The license key must not have been shared or distributed
2.2 Technical Incompatibility
If you experience technical incompatibility that prevents the Norton software from functioning on your device, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
2.3 Duplicate Purchase
Accidental duplicate purchases may be refunded if reported within 7 days of purchase, provided neither license has been activated.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Situations
The following items and situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Activated Licenses: Once a Norton license key has been activated and used, it cannot be refunded (except under the Virus Protection Guarantee)
- Renewals: Automatic renewals or manual renewals of existing licenses
- Downloaded Software: Digital downloads that have been successfully delivered
- Change of Mind: Simply changing your mind after activating the software
- Expired Licenses: Licenses that have expired or are near expiration
- Third-Party Issues: Issues related to your device, operating system, or other software not caused by Norton
- Fraudulent Activity: Purchases suspected of fraudulent activity
4. Virus Protection Guarantee
Our Virus Protection Guarantee applies under the following specific conditions:
- The virus must be detected by Norton security software purchased through us
- Our technical support team must be unable to remove the virus after reasonable attempts
- You must cooperate with our support team's troubleshooting steps
- The guarantee applies only to the specific device with the unresolved virus
- Refund is limited to the purchase price of the Norton product for that device
*Important Limitations: This guarantee does not apply to:
- Hardware damage caused by viruses
- Data loss or corruption
- Viruses introduced after the refund request
- Devices with modified or unsupported operating systems
- Issues requiring hardware replacement or operating system reinstallation

- Other Payment Methods: 7-14 business days
The exact timing depends on your financial institution and payment processor. We will provide a refund confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing Time: Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days of approval. Complex cases may take longer.
